Quick introduction…
Mike is an award winning, London based, TV and Film Editor specialising in scripted comedy and drama. He has been cutting for over 20 years and been collaborating on some of the most respected scripted narrative projects for the past 10.
Recent projects include THE CROW GIRL 2 for Paramount+, TWO WEEKS IN AUGUST for the BBC, BAD SISTERS 2 for Apple, BABY REINDEER for Netflix, JUICE for the BBC, THE BABY for HBO, the multi-award nominated GHOSTS which aired on BBC1.
BABY REINDEER recently won the Emmy, Cut Above and Bulldog awards for editing and also picked up an RTS Craft and BAFTA nomination. Mike also picked up another nomination at the BFE’s Cut Above awards for his work on Bad Sisters. In 2013 he also landed himself a BAFTA for his contribution to the multi award winning HORRIBLE HISTORIES for which he also won the RTS Craft award. His Editing handy work on Ghosts was also given the nod of approval with an RTS nomination in 2019 & 2021.
Mike is also in the fledgling stages of developing an editing mentoring scheme to help young editors break into the industry.
